What’s the difference between an elopement and a wedding?
Elopements are usually smaller, more intimate celebrations. Often just the two of you or a handful of loved ones. They are meant to be focused entirely on your connection and experience. Weddings can include more guests and structure, but both can be beautifully intentional and full of emotion. I love photographing both!
How many hours of coverage do we need?
It depends on what your day looks like! Most of my couples book 6-8 hours of coverage, but I offer packages ranging from as little as 3 hours up to 10 hours.
What if we’ve never been in front of the camera?
Don’t worry! This is completely normal, and most of my couples feel the same way! My goal is to capture real emotion and interaction, not stiff or forced poses, so you leave feeling relaxed and loving the experience. I also include a complimentary engagement session, to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera and get to know me before the big day.
What’s included in your wedding and elopement packages?
All packages include planning support, a complimentary engagement session, day-of photography coverage, high-resolution edited images, and an online gallery to easily download and share your photos.
How many photos will we receive?
You can expect a minimum of about 50 fully edited images per hour of coverage. Every gallery is unique, but you’ll receive a full, storytelling collection that captures the emotion and flow of your day from start to finish.
Can we include family or friends in our elopement?
Of course! Whether it’s just the two of you or a small circle of your favorite people, I’ll document it with the same storytelling approach, focused on connection, emotion, and the natural flow of your day.
What if the weather isn’t perfect?
Some of the most beautiful, emotional photos happen when the weather is unpredictable. Mist, wind, and even rain can add so much depth to your images, and it often makes for a good story! We’ll embrace whatever the day brings, and we always have a plan B in place.
