Everything went according to plan... except... Emily truly had no idea this was going to happen at all, so they both ended up coming in jeans and a t-shirt.
However, I think it made the surprise that much more genuine!

5. Mack Laing Park

This location is typically quite busy and I wouldn't recommend going on Highland, Isfeld or Vaniers grad days, but it is a great, well-known spot to capture Comox Valley beauty.
12. Mt. Washington

If you're up for an adventure this mountain offers a winter wonderland!

This location has beautiful snowy mountain views in the winter, green pathways in the summer and awesome fall colours in autumn.
It is perfect for maternity, adventurous couples, grads and large family groups.
There are many places to explore on Mt. Washington. Additionally, it's important to keep in mind this location is season dependent.









13. Neck Point
an intresting beach walk with lots to see
If you live down-island in Nanaimo, you'll want to check this place out!
This location has awesome, ocean sights to see. It has some interesting rock formations and I would love to explore it more!
It is perfect for maternity, adventurous couples, grads and large family groups.
This place was beautiful, but very windy. Additionally, it's important to keep in mind depending on where you want to go, this location could be tide dependent.
13. Union Bay

If you love a unique setting with lots to offer and are okay with a little walk, this might be it!

This location has unique black sand (coal), mountains, ocean, a river and a field (in late summer).
It is perfect for adventurous couples, grads and large family groups.
This place is beautiful, but it is a bit of a walk in. It is generally pretty quiet. Depending on where you want to go, this location could be tide dependent.
